Join the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs for a special discussion series featuring distinguished professors of the practice and alumni leaders. Each speaker brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and approach to the subject of American international leadership in the current global climate. Learn how Georgia Tech is leveraging their experiences to position itself to address global challenges and deliver on its mission of improving the human condition.

The Georgia Tech Alumni Association is proud to host this series in partnership with the Nunn School at Georgia Tech. All events will be held virtually. Information will be updated as schedules are finalized.

About the speaker:

Gen. Phil Breedlove joins the Sam Nunn School after retiring as NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe and the US European Command Commander. In these capacities, he commanded all US and Allied troops in Afghanistan, Kosovo, as well as all NATO operations across Europe and the Mediterranean. As a Distinguished Professor of the Practice, he works with faculty, staff, and students on security issues and policy and facilitates projects, classes, and presentations to advance these same thoughts. Gen. Breedlove brings a wealth of both deep and recent experience in our world’s toughest security and policy issues as well as leadership in situations spanning both peace and conflict.
