She/HerSanyu Mulira is an interdisciplinary historian of the Caribbean and African Diaspora. Her work focuses on community activism among women in the Francophone Black Atlantic (Martinique and Guadeloupe). Mulira received her PhD in History from New York University (2023), her MA in African Studies from UCLA (2014), and BA in History from The New School University (2011).
