Andy McNeil currently serves as Co-Director of Georgia Tech's Law, Science and Technology program as well as a coach of the Georgia Tech Mock Trial team.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy with high honor from Georgia Tech in 2001 and a Juris Doctor with highest honor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, he joined the Atlanta home office of King & Spalding and focused on intellectual property matters regarding trademarks and domain names. In 2007 he joined the firm of Morris, Manning & Martin to practice in the commercial litigation, technology, and intellectual property groups where he was involved in federal and state cases spanning the full range of commercial litigation elements. In 2010 he co-founded a company focusing on the sale of wholesale apparel where he served as General Counsel and Vice-President overseeing a wide variety of legal matters in a rapidly-expanding enterprise. Additionally, he is currently Chair of the Board of Directors for BlazeSports America, a non-profit organization focusing on children and veterans with physical disabilities that was formed as the legacy organization of the 1996 Paralympic Games held in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Notably since 2007 he has been coaching the Georgia Tech Mock Trial program, one of the premier undergraduate mock trial programs in the country that regularly competes for the national championship.
