Study Abroad

The study abroad experience enhances your versatility, resourcefulness, marketability, and awareness of yourself and your home country relative to the rest of the world. In addition to advancing your studies, you’ll learn how life differs from what you know and assume based on your native culture.

Familiarize yourself with the options for planning a curriculum that takes maximum advantage of the extensive study abroad opportunities at Georgia Tech and the Ivan Allen College. The Office of International Education provides information about our programs throughout Europe, Asia, and South America, as well as those in partnership with universities in more than 70 countries around the world.

Ivan Allen College sponsors semester-length study abroad programs in China, England, Belgium, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Southeast Asia. We also offer intensive programs in Language for Business and Technology (LBAT) in: France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Senegal, Jordan, South Korea, Russia, Peru, Ecuador, and Spain. Other Georgia Tech Colleges sponsor study abroad programs in Australia, South America, Europe, and Asia.
