Location:
Bill Moore Success Center, Clary Theater

After a discussion of how Georgia became the most intriguing and surprising political battleground in the nation, we’ll focus on the key questions facing the state in the future. Donald Trump’s indictment in Fulton County looms over the race, and his enduring grip on the Republican electorate is shaping the campaign in Georgia and beyond. We’ll discuss the three Georgians who have become national players in the last three years. We’ll talk about the leadership void among state Democrats. We’ll explore how the green energy boom is changing Georgia’s economy and politics. And we’ll talk about the enduring question of 2024: Will swing voters who defied Trump in 2020 stick with President Joe Biden next year? We’ll close the program with questions from the audience.
