Rubin, Flournoy Discuss the Use of Emerging Warfare Technology in Ukraine's Defense Against Russia

Associate Professor Lawrence Rubin and Distinguished Professor of the Practice Michele Flournoy of the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs discussed during a panel entitled "Ukraine: Back to the future (of warfare)?" on the roles and effects of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and robotics, in Ukraine's defense against Russia. The panel was co-sponsored by the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the School of International Affairs.
