Overview
Kimberly Bass Seaton is the school's Administrative Manager II. She has 17+ years of high-level experience within the University System of Georgia (13 years at Georgia State University and 3 years at Georgia Tech) in the areas of management and administrative services: human resources, budget and grant management, event planning, team building, and more. Her areas of expertise include leadership, project management, human resources management, office and inventory management, space re-organization, training and development of students and staff, and creating processes and systems for various administrative procedures.
Kimberly received her B.A. in history and African-American studies from Mercer University and she is certified as both a research administrator and diversity and inclusion trainer & practitioner. Outside of her career at Georgia Tech, Kimberly is passionate about her work as a continuing education and retention specialist (by way of motivational speaking and coaching). In this role, she empowers audiences and clients to embrace change and to improve their mental, emotional, and spiritual health so that they can discover their passion, purpose, and platform in this thing we call life.
